Summary: Due to improper seating, there could be a clearance between the wear washer and axle lug, or between the wear washer and the inner race of the bearing.
Consequence: When truck is loaded, contact between hub nut and hubend cap could cause nut to become backed off and result in the wheel becomingloose causing failure of the bearing and/or axle which could result in anaccident.
Remedy: Adjust bearing clearance to prevent hub nuts from backing off and wheel becoming loose.
