Summary: The latching or locking pin on the mid-seating pedestal does not consistently meet the minimum load test, and does not comply with FMVSS 207, "seating systems."
Consequence: Occupants in seats that do not meet the minimum loadrequirements of FMVSS 207 are subject to increased risk of injury in asudden stop or accident.
Remedy: Tradewinds conversions has not proposed a corrective action.
