Summary: Vehicle description: these vehicles were built for the u. S. Postal service. The control switch for the back-up lights were omitted during assembly.
Consequence: Other vehicles or people walking behind these vehicles may not be aware that the vehicle is backing up increasing the potential for property damage or injury to pedestrians.
Remedy: Postal service repair shops will be provided with a switch and wiring to connect these lights.
