Trailer hitches

Summary: A 2" ball was to be welded to a steel bar as well as the nut for the ball welded to the shank. Some vehicles were not properly welded allowing the nut to come off.
Consequence: The ball can separate from the steel bar allowing loss of the towed trailer.
Remedy: The trailer hitches will be inspected and welded properly.
